WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

Join this charm bracelet workshop for a hands-on class where you can design and create your own personalized charm bracelets using a selection of charms, create your unique style that tell your story, all while learning the techniques to assemble the bracelet with guidance from an Sulee; this workshop is typically open to all skill levels and ages, providing a fun and creative way to make a meaningful piece of jewelry.

You will leave with your own custom bracelet with a total of 5 charms or less.

We have a wide variety of charms to choose from, including symbols representing travel, family, hobbies and more!

WHEN: Saturday May 3rd, 2pm

WHERE: Level 2 of the Bay Centre, Downtown Victoria, in a space near the Market Collective Store.

Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement

1. By agreeing to the terms and conditions the registered participant hereby gives up the

right to sue for any injury or damages, howsoever caused as a precondition to my participation

in all events organized by Experience Market Collective and all subsidiaries as now exist or may

later be constituted including but not limited to Experience Market Collective (jointly and

severally, the “Company”) and its successors and assigns and/or the Manager including, but not

limited to participating in the Custom Charm Bracelet Workshop by Suleenity on May 3rd, 2025

(collectively referred to as the “Activity and/or “Activities”) in the shopping centre known as the

Bay Centre (the “Project”), in the Province of British Columbia, and in further consideration of

the Company allowing me to do so, that I will be strictly bound by the terms of this Release of

Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement (the “Agreement”).

2. I acknowledge that the Activities in the Project may involve inherent risks and dangers

that may cause serious injury and possible death to participants.

3. I fully understand the risks and dangers associated with my participation in the Activities

and accept same entirely at my own risk.

4. I hereby waive any and all claims which I may have against the Company and the

Company’s manager/ co-owner Katrina Dwulit (the “Manager”) and release the Company and

the Manager from all liability for injury, death, property damage or any other loss sustained by

me as a result of my participation in the Activities in the Project due to any cause whatsoever;

including negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory or other duty of care by the

Company and/or the Manager.

5. Every right, exemption from liability, release, defence, immunity and waiver of

whatsoever nature applicable o the Company under this Agreement shall also be available and

shall extend to benefit and to protect the Manager and all other companies owned, operated or

controlled by or affiliated with the Company and Manager and to protect their respective officers,

directors, managers, consultants and employees and for such purposes each of the Company

and the Manager is or shall be deemed to be acting as agent or trustee on behalf of and for the

benefit of such companies and persons.
